Pernoshal Park construction is expected to begin in May of 2015 and at approximately 5-acres, it will be the largest newly-built park created in the city. As part of the Project Renaissance initiative in the Georgetown area, the city is developing signature park areas across the 35 acres connected by a multi-use trail.

Meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m. There was a quorum attending:
President: Robert Finn
Vice President: Kristin Moore

Najib in 2280 requested a letter be sent to owner of 2281 Re: water on his patio that may be coming from an interior leak in their kitchen, i.e., the washing machine.
Najib also requested a note on the board re: picking up dog poop. There seems to be an issue in his area.
Gary McCool of Bald Plates construction was present to field questions re: the dumpster project. Kristin requested the engineering firm look at what is needed to repair the other sides of the dumpster including the erosion on the creek side of property next door and the drive up to the dumpster as it is currently facing.
Kristin made a motion we move forward with the electrical work required by the city & hire Meer Electric to complete it. She also requested the math on the proposal be corrected. Passed
It was moved and seconded to proceed with the proposal by Reeves construction to manage the water problem at the air conditioner to the club house as long as it can be done for $250.
Doyle said he can get a digital version of the rules and will send them to us.
Board requested Doyle send a letter to two residents re: issues of running a business from the home, smoking, things on patio, and general noise issues.
Pressure washing of patios and sidewalks was talked about. Kristin was to confirm pricing with a firm she had contacted and get a list of residents who wish to participate as long as they are willing to pay for it.
